As Director of Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness at London Community Foundation, Jen oversees the organization’s communications strategies to enhance its visibility, engagement, and impact, and the optimization of systems and technology, driving organizational effectiveness through evaluation and alignment with strategic priorities.
She began her career in journalism, working for CBC national radio. Over the past 20 years, she has led communications for international development, environmental, and mental health non-profit organizations.
