Joseph Rea Environmental Fund
The late Dr. Joseph Rea was passionate about the environment and protecting our natural world, particularly when it came to air and water quality, global warming, and habitat conservation. He created his Donor-Advised Fund in 2003 in order to foster solutions to environmental problems and create new connections to the natural world in London and Southwestern Ontario.
The Joseph Rea Environmental Fund has granted to a variety of innovative environment-related projects that reflect Dr. Rea’s beliefs, supporting groups like LIFE*SPIN, ReForest London, Growing Chefs, CMHA Middlesex, Thames Talbot Land Trust, and Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Centre.
