Canada Life Donates $500,000 to the Fund For Change
In honour of Jeff Macoun’s over 40 years of service to Canada Life, the organization has announced a donation of $500,000 to the Health and Homelessness Fund for Change.
Created through a transformative $25 million commitment from a generous anonymous donor family, the Health and Homelessness Fund for Change is supporting community-wide efforts to save lives and strengthen our community.
Part of the commitment from the donor family is a further $5 million to match donations to the fund. Along with a member of the donor family, Jeff Macoun co-chairs a community fundraising committee of volunteers tasked with raising the funds to be matched by the donor family. To date, over $4.1 million has been raised and matched
