Incoming Board and Committee Members
January 11, 2010 - London Community Foundation welcomes three new members to its Board of Directors:
- Dr. Tima Bansal, a professor at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
- Peter Dillon, a registered Canadian trademark agent and lawyer with Siskinds Law Firm.
- Patrick O’Neill, Vice President, Investment Advisor at CIBC Wood Gundy.
All have valuable experience in the non-profit sector and skills in the areas of strategy, audit and finance, and community development through philanthropy.
“I am proud of the diverse skill sets represented on our Board especially as we renew our commitment to both the immediate and long-term vitality of our community,” says John Nicholson, Chair of the Community Foundation. “I am thrilled to have Tima, Patrick and Peter joining the Board.”
London Community Foundation also welcomes several incoming committee members:
- Vic Jindal and Andra O’Neill (Investment Committee)
- Paul Hayman (Finance and Audit Committee)
- Paul Vander werf, Tiffany Roschkov, Dean Sheppard and Jason Gilliland (Environmental Health Grants Committee)
The individuals are filling vacancies created by volunteers who have completed their tenures and whom have made significant contributions of time and leadership over the past many years: Dianne Cunningham, Ann Fleming, Dr. M. Lee Myers, Chris Delaney, Jim Good, Daniel Sandler, Keith Muchan, Brian Lessard and Barrie Neal.
