Langley's love of horses, teaching and serving people leads her to a career fit

Jun. 10, 2012

Janine Langley is passionate about three things: equestrian sport, teaching, and serving people with special needs.  It is through these interests that she finds fulfillment in her role as Head Instructor at SARI Therapeutic Riding, a charitable organization dedicated to helping children and young adults with special needs grow physically and socially through specialized horseback riding lessons.

With a Vital People Grant from London Community Foundation, Janine will work to obtain CTRI and Equine Canada certifications and give SARI greater accreditation with CanTRA.

All of SARI’s staff and volunteers will benefit from the enhanced knowledge and skills that Janine will gain from this higher level training. Riders with special needs will have opportunity to reach their full potential and parents and guardians will feel confident that the skills demonstrated by Instructors will help their child to develop new skills.
