Diane Y. Stewart, former Executive Vice President of University Hospital, retired in 1993. In recognition of her significant contributions to the hospital, a donor designated fund was established in her name at London Community Foundation. It serves to fund a scholarship in her name at the hospital. The fund grew quickly with donations from many of Diane's friends and colleagues, as well as from the community at large who recognized the enormous contributions that Diane gave to the healthcare community.

Each year, her named endowed fund provides financial assistance to support staff pursuing professional development and further education throughout all programs and departments of London Health Sciences Centre. London Community Foundation is proud to be part of her legacy.
