A London chapter of a national sustainability program for businesses and organizations that involves their voluntary participation to track sustainability metrics, set targets to improve performance and take actions to achieve these targets.

London Community Dental Alliance Low-cost Dental Clinic - Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre
$230,000 over 1 year 

Establishment of a free/low-fee dental clinic, located at Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre for low-income Londoners through an alliance of community partners including Western, Fanshawe, social service agencies, London InterCommunity Health Centre and Middlesex London Health Unit. It will serve up to 5,000 annual visits, address inequity in oral health care and increase overall health and employability.

Prevention of Homelessness Among Families (PHAF) - Mission Services
$250,000 over 2 years 

The Rotholme Women’s and Family Shelter will support families to avoid emergency shelter, maintain permanent housing, decrease further risk of homelessness or re-entry into emergency shelter using three components: Shelter Diversion to assist maintaining current housing and avoid emergency shelter; Housing Selection to assist transition out of emergency shelter to permanent housing; and Housing Stability to provide life skills coaching and to advocate with landlords and community support systems to avoid future homelessness.

Recovery Community Centre - Salvation Army Centre of Hope
$280,180 over 1 year 

Offering four pillars of support including recovery living, recovery activities, formal services and peer support to provide a holistic approach to people seeking recovery from problematic substance use and who may have concurrent mental health instability.
