London Community Foundation has a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to meeting the needs of our community and the philanthropic goals of our donors.
Martha Powell
Chief Executive Officer
London Community Foundation
As Chief Executive Officer of London Community Foundation, Powell oversees an endowment quickly exceeding $40 million and granting in excess of $2 million annually. She works with donors, allied professionals and volunteers to further the mission of London Community Foundation in building community capacity, convening, and developing philanthropic leadership.
Powell has worked exclusively in the non-profit sector for over 25 years, specifically in education, health care and community development. Her areas of expertise include endowment building, capital and major gift campaigns, stewardship, strategic granting and program evaluation.
Having begun her career in the non-profit sector as a volunteer, she continues to volunteer in her spare time today. Some recent volunteer roles include:
- YMCA Women of Excellence Awards 2007 co-chair
- Pillar’s Innovation Awards steering committee member
- Better Business Bureau’s Business Integrity Awards committee member
- Board member of Meals on Wheels London, including role as Board President from 2004 – 2006
- Youth Opportunities Unlimited board member
- Member of Western’s Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry’s Curriculum Renewal Committee
Powell is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Accelerating Management Talent is an intensive and comprehensive learning experience specifically developed for leadership development.
Andrew Chunilall, CA
Director of Finance

As Director of Finance at London Community Foundation, Chunilall oversees finance, accounting, IT, and human resource activities.
Active in the non-profit community, Chunilall serves on the boards of Community Living London and Art for AIDS International and is current chairman of the Family Selection and Support Committee for Habitat for Humanity London.
Chunilall holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from The University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Windsor. He obtained his chartered accountant designation in 2002 and remains a member in good standing.
Chunilall commenced his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a manager in the Assurance and Advisory Group where he provided professional services to some of the firm's top tier clients in the London area. Prior to joining the Foundation, Chunilall worked in a senior financial position at Electro-Motive Canada Company in London Ontario.
Frances Hammel - Kampus
Finance and Administration
Hammel – Kampus joined the Foundation in 2008 and is responsible for gift processing and accounts payable. She also supports human resources and grant program administration, and handles Board communications.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Minor in Sociology) from The University of Western Ontario and is currently working toward Certified Human Resources Professional Designation.
With her background in administration, psychology and sociology, she enjoys working on community enhancing projects, participating in special projects at the Foundation including London’s Vital Signs.
In her spare time, Hammel – Kampus teaches ballet classes. Her students range in age from pre-schoolers to senior citizens.
Lori Worozbyt
Finance & Administration
Part of the London Community Foundation team since 2004, Worozbyt serves in an administrative capacity supporting the many contributions the Foundation makes to its community.
Primary tasks include assisting the CEO and the Director of Finance with coordination of grant program payments, timely statements and other information for fund holders, and works with donors where appropriate.
Worozbyt is also counted on to assist with organization and coordination of various special projects serving the Foundation’s donors, grantee organizations, as well as Board and standing committees.
Cindy Graeme
Programs Coordinator
Graeme’s primary responsibilities as Program Coordinator include the development, implementation and evaluation of outreach and education programs for the Foundation, including but not limited to ENGAGE! London.
Graeme comes to London Community Foundation with relevant experience in working with both private and non-profit organizations and brings along with her background knowledge a positive, passionate spirit and energy.
An active member of the London community, Graeme shares much of her free time with local organizations. She is a board member of ReForest London, and has volunteered with The Meal Committee and NICU Parent Support Group at St. Joseph’s Health Care.
Recent career experience includes positions with Monsanto Canada, Canadian Diabetes Association and Youth Opportunities Unlimited. Graeme possesses a B.A, Environmental Resources Management (UWO), and an M.A, Environment and Resource Management (University of Guelph).
Roxanne McClenaghan
Manager, Communications & Donor Relations
McClenaghan works with current donors and their families to steward gifts and help fulfill their philanthropic goals. She also oversees the communications and media strategy including creation and distribution of all materials related to the Foundation, including on-going multimedia initiatives and coordination of special projects.
McClenaghan is a board member of Fanshawe College Alumni Association, past vice chair of InterNETwork London and a founding steering committee member of London’s Emerging Leaders.
Career experience includes positions with London Chamber of Commerce and London Economic Development Corporation. McClenaghan has a post graduate in Corporate Communications & Public Relations, and possesses a Library and Information Technician diploma, both from Fanshawe College.
